House of Cannon’s “daydreaming Detroit” collection was shown on Friday for the brands very first solo show at Mercedes-Benz fashion week Australia.
Having only been launched in 2013, the label has already made a name for itself on the fashion stage, with designer Annie Cannon-Brookes crediting fashion bloggers and Instagram for the rise of its success.
Friday’s show saw vibrant pops of colour, radiating a fun and energetic vibe throughout the runway.
The bold designs and prints were portrayed on flowing silk garments that have been inspired from cities around the world.
The fast-paced feel of the runway was immediately felt as you entered the room with a strip of cars down the middle, only to be seen throughout the collection once the show started.
The fashion label represented designs that could be dressed up for the night or worn more casually throughout the day.
With so much success already, I can’t wait to see where House of Cannon will be a year from now!
